Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end security solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Solutions Design and Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of custom connectors, integrations, and workflows using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful IAM project execution.
  • Automation and Efficiency Improvements: Drive automation, efficiency improvements, and IAM best practices within the organization.
  • Mentorship and Quality Assurance: Mentor teams and ensure high-quality deliverables by performing code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ: Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
  • Strong Knowledge of IGA and Compliance Reporting: Proficiency in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), compliance reporting, and IAM frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs, and experience with ERP/HR systems, Active Directory, and SSB processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field.
