Job Overview:

This position is accountable for managing the daily operations of the Identity and Access Management Data Services function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure user data is periodically refreshed on Onecert to enable effective IAM controls such as leaver/mover, user access review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload user lists to Onecert.
  • Adhere strictly to established processes to ensure all reports are generated and follow a defined escalation process to source user lists.
  • Meet business stakeholder requests for sourcing user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams to source user lists, understand application limitations, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Mitigate risk pertaining to IAM processes and highlight areas requiring attention.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and exercises related to application security to ensure compliance with current procedures and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
