We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our banqueting and catering services.

The ideal candidate will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring seamless execution, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations for banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding events—corporate, social, and weddings.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for event logistics, from setup through execution and close-out.
  • Monitor quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
  • Lead and mentor teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and Food and Beverage (F&B); recruit, train, and manage departmental staff.
  • Analyze operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, décor, AV, and event needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
