About this role:

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in building highly scalable applications with complex architectures. This individual will be responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, designing, and scaling complex systems both horizontally and vertically. They will take ownership of delivery, focusing on consistency, quality, efficiency, and timeliness. The successful candidate will also manage multiple feature teams working on shipping multiple capabilities and features.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the technical vision and strategy of our products
  • Develop and scale complex systems
  • Manage multiple feature teams
  • Provide technical guidance to the team
  • Work with stakeholders to provide transparency and maximize engineering throughput

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing, and scaling complex systems
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and guide teams effectively
