Job Title: Data Engineering Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing efficient data pipelines, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Data Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines using FiveTran, DBT Cloud, and custom frameworks.
  • Implement Client-Specific Data Transformations: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored data transformations for HighTouch integration.
  • Support Data Ingestion and Quality Checks: Ensure seamless data ingestion and quality checks during client onboarding.
  • Optimize Snowflake Queries and Compute Usage: Analyze and optimize Snowflake queries, compute usage, and data storage to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with QC Team: Work closely with the Quality Control team to validate ETL processes and ensure data consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in ETL development and data engineering, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in Snowflake and Data Pipeline Tools: Strong proficiency in Snowflake and data pipeline tools (FiveTran, DBT Cloud, HighTouch).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS Data Services: Proficient in SQL, Python, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) data services.
  • Data Quality Frameworks and Validation Strategies: Experience with data quality frameworks and validation strategies.
