Seeking an IT Expert to Lead Infrastructure Management

  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing complex IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Planning & Management:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Office Setup & Maintenance:
  • Oversee the complete setup of new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.
  • Technical Support & Helpdesk Oversight:
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Network Administration:
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches), ensuring secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Asset & Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
  • Vendor Coordination:
  • Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
  • Data Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.
  • Software & License Management:
  • Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs. Generate regular IT performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations.
  • Proven track record of managing office setups, supporting end-users, maintaining hardware/software systems, and ensuring data security compliance.
