Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven associate to join our community management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with users, providing tailored solutions, and managing day-to-day communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for users
  • Scaling daily active users on the app by leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators
  • Implementing strategies for upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators
  • Working closely with the product team to launch new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Creating and nurturing micro-influencers within our ecosystem
  • Staying up to date with social media trends and best practices
  • Managing and supporting different speaking communities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools
  • Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
