Database Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Database Developer to create and maintain large-scale database systems. As a key team member, you will design, develop, and implement database solutions using PL/SQL.

  • Design complex database schemas, stored procedures, and functions using PL/SQL.
  • Analyze data tables, formulate queries, and extract data to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement data models, including data warehousing and ETL processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL programming, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and query optimization.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and related technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-quality code, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design solutions.
