Global Capability Center Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to drive business development across our Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
About This RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of India's GCC landscape alongside industry veterans.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business development across GCCs, pitching our end-to-end advisory and managed-execution services
- Build and nurture C-suite relationships with key stakeholders in the GCC leadership community
- Identify opportunities for center expansion, new function setup, or managed delivery
- Craft customized, solution-driven proposals to meet client needs
- Represent our brand at industry forums, roundtables, and GCC events to elevate brand visibility
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and lead multi-million-dollar deal closures
- 15+ years in sales, consulting, or business development within GCCs, outsourcing, shared services, or IT delivery
- Proven track record of consultative selling and closing complex, multi-million-dollar engagements
- Established network within the Indian GCC leadership community
- Deep understanding of GCC operating models, global sourcing strategies, and India's capability-hub dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- A high-velocity work environment, direct access to senior leadership, and the opportunity to drive transformative change for Fortune 500 clients
