Portfolio Management Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our portfolio of projects to ensure maximum value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio management, including project prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow SPM modules to support portfolio management activities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track portfolio performance and resource utilization.
  • Perform unit testing and provide deployment documentation to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in portfolio management, with strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM or ITBM.
  • Proven experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server-side scripts.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs, with ability to write custom code as needed.
