About the Role:

As a key member of the Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and informing financial decisions through strategic planning, business modeling, and data analytics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Experience in financial planning & analytics is essential, along with proficiency in Excel and hands-on financial modeling skills.

Additionally, this ambitious individual must be able to handle ambiguity, think critically, and possess a high degree of ownership. Chartered Accountant (Qualified/Semi-Qualified) or MBA in Finance holders are preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-range and annual plans for the company
  • Prepare and present monthly investor MIS reports
  • Conduct data analytics and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Support ad hoc data requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Effectively communicate financial results and plans to senior leadership
  • Lead and manage teams, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (Qualified/Semi-Qualified) or MBA in Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial planning & analytics
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong hands-on financial modeling skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders & high degree of ownership
