Lead Financial Services Pre-Sales Team DirectorWe are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our pre-sales team for strategic customers in the Financial Services industry.This role requires a deep understanding of Financial Services trends, regulatory challenges, and digital transformation strategies.As a leader, you will leverage your expertise to tailor Salesforce solutions to industry-specific challenges, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage Financial Services domain expertise to drive Salesforces AI + Data + CRM value proposition.
  • Develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineers focused on Financial Services top strategic customers.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with Sales Leadership to drive predictable and consistent business growth.
  • Cultivate competencies across the Salesforce ecosystem, including ISV partners, system integrators, and professional services.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner strategically with Sales Leadership to drive scale, innovation, and exceptional business growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-impact pre-sales team, driving innovation and professional development.
  • Provide hands-on pre-sales leadership, including account planning, pipeline progression, product demonstrations, and executive engagement.
  • Collaborate across Solutions teams to showcase the full power of our portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or related roles within a commercial software company.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry across Banking, Insurance, Payments, or Fintech.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring high-performing pre-sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of Financial Services trends, regulatory challenges, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with expertise in needs analysis, solution positioning, business justification, and closing strategies.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
