About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our OPF – Business Analyst Team (Payment Domain) at FIS, a world-leading FinTech product MNC. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a vibrant team and have the chance to build a career in the core banking/payments domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives, including ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation.
  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes.
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
  • Develop metrics for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
  • Collect data to identify root causes of problems.
  • Measure performance against process requirements.
  • Align improvement to performance shortfalls.
  • Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
  • Deliver presentations and training courses, including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
  • Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking/Payment Industry.
  • End-to-end implementation experience of IT solutions in functional areas like SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems, Reconciliation, and Investigations.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing, and Settlement.
  • Excellent understanding of organization's business systems and industry requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations, and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems development life cycles.
  • Advanced knowledge of business process development, documentation, and re-engineering techniques.
