Job Description:

The role of a Contracts Administrator involves creating, validating and processing contract documentation using standardized templates. This includes liaising with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance with policies and mitigate risk.

The Contracts Administrator works in a fast-paced environment covering multiple countries and/or lines of business. Seasonal fluctuations correspond with the company's fiscal cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creates and validates contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates and guidelines
  2. Liaises with other Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups across the organization
  3. Ensures policy compliance and mitigates corporate risk
  4. Coordinates discussion amongst Sales and multiple functional stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience drafting standard contractual documents and stakeholder management
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Email, MS Word, and Excel
  • Able to work effectively under time-critical deadlines
  • Demonstrates resilience in times of change and uncertainty
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures desired
