Financial Strategist Opportunity

Job Summary:

  • Provide in-depth financial guidance to property owners and real estate developers.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on behalf of clients, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Manage accounting tasks including journal entries, accounts receivable, and payable with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements that provide a clear picture of a company's financial health.
  • Review expenses and payroll records to identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Update financial data in databases, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of financial software such as TALLY ERP and GST Filing, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Email Usage.
  • Strong Excel skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
