As an AI Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines. You will also generate and refine datasets for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and contribute to Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality Python code that enhances AI model performance.
  • Generate and refine datasets for SFT, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to RLHF workflows, partnering with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Run Evals to measure and compare model performance, providing clear, structured feedback.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.
