  • Design, train, and fine-tune models using NLP, LLMs, multimodal, and RL techniques.
  • Optimize deep neural networks and transformer architectures.
  • Deploy and scale models via Docker/Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs.
  • Preprocess and clean structured/unstructured data for production.
  • Build robust pipelines using Airflow, Spark, or custom ETL.
  • Implement advanced feature extraction and dimensionality reduction.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI trends and bring forward practical innovations to products.
  • Document learnings via internal knowledge bases, blogs, or POCs.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with model serving, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, willingness to 'own' outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability in startup environments.
