Machine Learning Engineer Role

We are seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This is a thrilling opportunity for you to utilize your skills in AI development and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant technologies.
  • Improve pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks and domains through fine-tuning.
  • Conduct research to enhance the performance and capabilities of generative AI models.
  • Apply rigorous software engineering practices to machine learning /Generative AI pipelines.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/generative AI models.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI research and technology.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and deploy proof-of-concept Generative AI systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields is necessary.
  • Proficiency in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance is essential.
  • Strong programming skills in Python are required.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models is expected.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and a good understanding of Linux for managing servers is desirable.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services, is advantageous.
  • Exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment is expected.
  • Methodical and meticulous approach towards work and planning is necessary.
