Key Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing our large-scale blue-collar workforce. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing workforce strategies that prioritize employee experience and engagement. This will involve driving operational excellence by effectively managing attendance, attrition, and grievance handling processes.
You will also be responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees. Additionally, you will provide payroll and incentive support to employees, as well as share insights and reports with stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an HR Business Partner with a strong background in Human Resource Management (HRM) and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in blue-collar manpower management and possess the following skills:
