Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various financial operations tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of financial operations.

3. Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

4. Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Management:
    • Plan branch visits detailing coverage every week.
    • Meet with branches during morning meetings once a month.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Scope RM/PB customers for lead/joint calls or make use of available resources in the branch for leads/joint calls.
    • Plan catchment area activities/scoping for lead generation/joint call.
  • Cross Selling:
    • Provide a gamut of financial products to EEG clients.
    • Monitor and track leads.
  • Renewals:
    • List down renewals every month for the next two months.
    • Work on renewals in advance.
  • Delinquency Management:
    • Customer Call for servicing Interest.
    • Email communication to Branch & customer.
  • Portfolio Management and Housekeeping (HK):
    • Raise HK.
    • Closure of critical and high aging items.

Requirements:

Education:

  • CA, MBA, Graduate.

Skills:

  • Interpersonal Skills.
  • Coordination with multiple teams & multiple activities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
