Solution Engineer

Job Description

As a skilled Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our systems. We are looking for an individual with extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, who can proficiently set up alerts, dashboards, and analyze metrics/logs to identify system performance and reliability issues.

We require someone with expertise in automation and configuration management to collaborate with technical teams and develop maintainable CI/CD pipelines. You will conduct thorough root cause investigations to identify and resolve complex system issues.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency, utilizing your understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki to ensure proactive issue detection.
  2. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, leveraging your expertise in automation and configuration management.
  3. Conduct thorough root cause investigations to identify and resolve complex system issues.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in solution engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
  • Proficient in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability.
  • Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
