Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

The primary objective of this role is to provide technical support to experts in resolving complex tasks, focusing on mechanical component issues. This position involves creating and maintaining detailed documentation for Teamcenter and Windchill systems, as well as updating management on potential serial defects.

This position requires the ability to handle unexpected situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, effective time management, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a globally responsible team of technical experts within Global Service Engineering
  • Serve as a central point of contact for technical issues between business units
  • Assign and manage tasks along the technical support process
  • Collect and analyze information about mechanical components' performance in wind turbines
  • Identify and report potential serial defects

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a strong analytical background in Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
