About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering - Software & QA department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability and responsiveness of our applications under various loads.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Postman, or equivalent. A strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices is also essential. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, are highly valued.
Your Key Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive test cases to identify system bottlenecks and ensure application stability.
- Develop and maintain test plans based on project requirements, utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Analyze performance results and provide insights for improvement, collaborating closely with development and QA teams.
- Maintain accurate testing records and document findings clearly, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Proven experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter, Postman, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in web and performance testing.
