Key Job Responsibilities

This role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality results within set timeframes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and develop team members to meet performance expectations
  • Standardize and automate processes to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of financial and non-financial tasks
  • Manage training, routine maintenance, people development, and compliance activities
  • Bilateral relationships with stakeholders
Data Management Execution:
  • Oversee Master Data team operations within agreed parameters
  • Maintain data quality by ensuring infractions are rectified before impacting business operations or customer relations
  • Promote efficient end-to-end master data management process
  • Support project initiatives through active participation
General Management Activities:
  • Achieve MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance targets by creating sustainability models and action plans for open issues
  • Secondary planning (100% for the team)
  • Maintenance of Training Tracking Tool and elaboration of action plans to minimize knowledge gaps
  • Maintain SLA/KPI's achievement and monthly update, quality monitoring of team performance, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure continuous maintenance/update of process training documentation in line with EP standards
  • Review and recommend enhancements for improving current workflow to increase efficiency within the process
  • Regular management (cascade, stand-up, and one-to-one etc.) as per Excellence Program guidelines
  • Effective communication flow to and from the team
  • Share best practices within the broader business
  • Support developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events
People Management Activities:
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and requirements
  • Ensure teamwork is adequately equipped to perform duties and responsibilities
  • Administrative people management
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Execute People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program (Targets setting and cascading, Competency appraisal and Operational Performance Review, Personal Development Plans and Recovery Plans etc.)
  • Develop the People plan and Responsible for Project related activities from Functional lead and ensure to deliver on time with expected quality
