Identity and Access Management (IAM) Professional

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Okta Identity Cloud, SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, and directory integrations such as Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, and Workday.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tenant setup, configuration, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and user lifecycle policies, as well as application integrations using OpenID Connect, Security Assertion Markup Language, and System for Cross-domain Identity Management. Additionally, they should be familiar with scripting or automation languages like Python, PowerShell, or Terraform.

The role requires a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and zero-trust principles, with experience supporting IAM initiatives in large enterprise or cloud-first environments. Excellent documentation and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with common compliance and audit frameworks such as Sarbanes-Oxley and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Responsibilities:

  • Support environment setup and configuration for both Okta and SailPoint tenants
  • Assist in integration of business applications and directories
  • Provide technical input on deployment plans, workflows, and policies
  • Validate configuration through testing and support transition to internal teams
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance
