Strategic Data Leader

We are seeking a visionary Strategic Data Leader to drive our data analytics function and propel strategic insights across the organization. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a data-driven culture, enabling informed decision-making, and aligning analytics with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth.

  • Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven decisions across various digital channels.
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Analytics Teams: Mentor and guide data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists to deliver exceptional results.
  • Define Team Structure and Roles: Align team structure, roles, and responsibilities with business priorities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Align Analytics with Business Needs: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to drive informed decision-making.
  • Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance, continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and Manage Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Performance Reports: Ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Teams: Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B Testing and Experimentation: Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance through data-driven experimentation.
  • Drive Growth Initiatives: Utilize retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • A proven track record of handling significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories for executives and drive alignment on strategic decisions.
