Job Title: Senior Business Hub Expert – Lead to Cash and Service to Customer

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze regional business requirements in relation to the global SAP S/4HANA system, ensuring a seamless integration process. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the implementation of assigned projects within a region.

This position requires a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes for lead to cash and service to customer. Your expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 with a focus on SD, will be instrumental in driving the adaptation of business processes towards goals of harmonization and standardization.

You will work closely with entity business experts to ensure a smooth transition and develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes. Additionally, you will design and execute cut-over strategies, focusing on data migration and roles setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of regional business requirements towards the global SAP S/4HANA system.
  • Drive the adaptation of end-to-end business processes (including process modeling) towards goals of harmonization and standardization.
  • Develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes.
  • Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, we are seeking an individual with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4, with a focus on SD.
  • Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal and written English skills.
