Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Pharmaceutical Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans tailored to the pharmaceutical industry's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with our hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job specifications that meet our clients' needs.
  • Source Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates who align with our clients' goals.
  • Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for our clients' organizations.
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience that drives long-term success.
  • Maintain Candidate Database: Keep an organized database of potential candidates for future openings and manage candidate information using applicant tracking systems.
  • Conduct Reference Checks: Perform reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Negotiate Job Offers: Handle negotiations regarding job offers and employment terms with selected candidates to secure top talent for our clients.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in Recruitment Events: Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our services and attract top talent to the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with specific experience in the pharmaceutical industry highly desirable.
