Store Leader

The Store Leader role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail establishment, upholding adherence to established guidelines and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively oversee store operations, maintaining alignment with predefined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and consistently striving for a visually appealing store environment that accurately reflects our brand identity.

  • Proactively manage inventory levels through regular stock assessments and foster collaboration with the supply chain to guarantee optimal product availability.

  • Leverage visual merchandising strategies to create captivating product displays and optimize store layouts, thereby enhancing the overall shopping experience.

  • Strategically track transactions and budgets for store operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting financial targets.

  • Develop and implement robust security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.

  • Responsible for orchestrating store preparations for formal launches across various dimensions, as well as during refit & conversion periods.

Customer Experience:

  • Design and implement processes aimed at elevating the overall customer experience, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

  • Promote an exceptional in-store customer experience, encompassing product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution, while fostering customer loyalty.

  • Establish KPIs to monitor and evaluate the success of store operations, providing regular reports to senior management.

People Management:

  • Serve as a leader and mentor to retail staff, offering guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of customer service and sales effectiveness.

  • Conduct trainings as required for team member development on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with broader company policies and maintain integration of in-store & online operations.
