We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team and drive commercial performance. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in luxury retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day retail operations and ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in luxury retail sales
  • Fluent English and Hindi language skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

We are a leading premium home decor brand offering a wide range of handmade art porcelain creations. Our boutique operates through 9 locations in top premium malls across India.

Main Purpose:

To manage the day-to-day retail/store operations of the boutique and improve commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceeding Sales Budget
  • Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
  • Converting Project Business through Interior Designers & Architects
  • Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
  • Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines.
  • Expanding HNI Database - Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintained
  • Defining strategy actions to attract new customers and old customers more often 

Education: Bachelor / Masters – Degree / Diploma (Sales / Retail Sales)

Experience: 4 plus years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brands.

  • Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.
