Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Visual Creative with a strong background in luxury branding and old-world design skills. In this role, you will translate creative briefs into elegant, luxury-styled visual collateral across print and digital media.

  1. Design Luxury Marketing Materials: Create and oversee a range of visually exquisite marketing materials, including brochures, magazines, event catalogues, and digital advertisements, maintaining a consistent luxury look and feel.
  2. Develop On-Brand Graphics: Develop on-brand graphics for both print and digital platforms (e.g. travel brochures, web banners, social media visuals), ensuring a cohesive and luxurious visual identity across all channels.
  3. Creative Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualise and execute design ideas that reflect our luxury positioning. Take creative briefs and turn them into on-trend, beautiful, and elegant designs that captivate our high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Print-Ready Layouts: Prepare print-ready layouts for magazines, flyers, and other physical media, as well as optimize graphics for online use. Ensure all outputs meet quality standards befitting a luxury brand.
  • Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content writers, travel product managers, sales, etc.) to produce cohesive campaigns. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and present design concepts.
  • Uphold Brand Guidelines: Uphold and refine our brand's visual guidelines. Act as a steward of luxury design quality, reviewing and editing existing materials to elevate them to an upmarket, elegant standard.
Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in the luxury space (e.g. luxury retail, fashion, high-end hospitality, or magazine publishing). Experience creating for luxury brands or upscale audiences is highly preferred.
  • Design Portfolio: A strong, versatile portfolio that demonstrates taste, range, and a clear understanding of luxury content and aesthetics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern design tools – especially Adobe Creative Suite (expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – is required. Familiarity with both print production and digital design best practices is important.
