Luxury Home Project Leader

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and overseeing all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
- Personally monitoring site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
- Resolving execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
- Driving value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish.
