Accelerate Life Sciences with Data-Driven Solutions

As a seasoned consultant in the field of life science informatics, you will be at the forefront of designing innovative solutions that bridge the gap between science, technology, and business. With expertise in biomedical data science, bioinformatics, computational biology, and scientific informatics, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs, create impactful proposals, and deliver successful projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of biotech and pharmaceutical data, workflows, and informatics systems across drug discovery, translational, clinical, and real-world data. They will also have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix organization, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to synthesize complex scientific and technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Bridging business, IT, and scientific domains to drive strategic impact through solution roadmaps, initiatives, and scalable solutions.
  • Supporting new business development by expanding services within existing and new clients.
  • Collaborating with sales teams, providing presales technical and functional expertise, creating pitch presentations to prospective clients.
  • Leading proposal preparation, project estimations, and response to RFIs and RFPs to ensure alignment between client requirements and our capabilities.
  • Developing statements of work (SOWs) and ensuring smooth transition from presales to project execution by operations teams.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices in bioinformatics, AI, platform engineering, and data sciences.

Required qualifications include an advanced degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field, with 5+ years of consulting experience in biopharma services organizations. Additionally, candidates should have experience in bioinformatics services, presales, or customer-facing roles in Life Sciences or Biotech, with a strong background in bioinformatics tools, OMICs data, and AI/ML applications in life sciences.
