Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior PMO Consultant with strong expertise in PLM, particularly PTC Windchill, to lead a global Windchill v13 Upgrade Project.

This is a strategic program within the healthcare and life sciences industry, with high visibility and impact.

The organization provides end-to-end design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain services to the life sciences sector.

The client partners with medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, and consumer health companies worldwide, enabling the delivery of innovative therapies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Planning and Execution: Ensure business continuity, platform modernization, and compliance with regulatory requirements during a Windchill v13 upgrade.
  2. Develop Project Plans: Incorporate PMBOK standards and stakeholder requirements into detailed project plans and implementation schedules.
  3. Manage Change Control: Oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation, including validation protocols and compliance deliverables.
  4. Serve as Escalation Point: Apply structured problem-solving to resolve project risks and issues.
  5. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with Quality Systems Managers, CSV leads, and PLM/PDM owners to validate BOM structures, ECN workflows, and product data governance.
  6. Ensure Seamless Integration: Manage the integration between Windchill and SAP NSP/ECC systems.
  7. Manage Vendor Relationships: Enforce SoW/T&M terms, negotiate boundaries, and resolve conflicts between system integrators.
  8. Lead Steering Committees: Drive organizational change management, executive reporting, RAID log ownership, and cross-vendor governance.
  9. Oversee Budget and Financial Tracking: Manage budget, financial tracking, project sizing, and forecasting.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree + 8 years, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.
  2. 8+ years of experience leading IT projects of medium to large size in matrixed environments.
  3. Extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to validation.
  4. Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill), PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.
  5. Preferred Certifications:
  6. PMP (Project Management Professional)
  7. CSM / Advanced ScrumMaster
  8. Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and DevOps methodologies
