This role involves developing technical and commercial skills by working on a wide variety of internal projects. You will be part of a large, sophisticated analytics team responsible for manipulating and analyzing data for predictive model development and validation in areas such as credit risk, demographics, marketing, fraud, and ratings.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and analyze data for the development and validation of predictive models
- Monitor our cutting-edge scorecards and risk tools
- Create business cases and analytic insight materials to showcase the value of predictive modeling
- Conduct ad hoc queries, lead small projects, and guide junior data analysts
Leadership and Mentoring
- Guide analysts through the development process
- Drive a focus on learning and provide coaching
- Develop and maintain a network of influence
Data Analysis
- Lead statistical and data analysis, sometimes as project team leader
- Provide technical guidance and support to analysts
- Process and analyze large volumes of data to develop insights
Product and Service
- Contribute to the analytic roadmap, product development, and innovation
- Develop a detailed understanding of our products and services
Requirements
- BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in an analytical role
- Proven track record of designing and developing predictive models
Additional Skills
- Cloud certification strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
