Key Role Summary
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business decisions through data-driven insights.
You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining analytics frameworks, ensuring high-quality data pipelines, and optimizing database performance. Your expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools will enable you to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and improve key business metrics. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and mentor junior analysts will be invaluable assets to our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- Strong command of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS Redshift)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, Power BI)
- Solid knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and trend analysis
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exposure to machine learning or forecasting models
- Understanding of business KPIs and financial performance metrics
