Job Description

This role oversees the strategic direction and implementation of Modern IT Operations, SRE Solutions Enablement.

  • Leadership is required to build and manage a high-performing team that drives innovation and fun across the organization.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures that all activities are prioritized based on urgency and importance.
  • The candidate must provide technical guidance and thought leadership in resolving complex issues and taking preventive actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 15+ years of technology work experience within a cross-functional Technology organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of driving Digital Enablement (Strategy, Operations, etc) across a Global Technology Function.
  • Experience in applications in cloud environment (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Deep understanding of Digital Products and their value proposition.
  • Ability to create strategic plans spanning multiple time horizons and across multiple partner Teams.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships through trust, respect, and partnership.
  • Ability to discern perceived differing priorities between business and technology teams, and identify a path forward that is mutually beneficial.
  • Experience in driving consensus around and across virtual teams and multiple functions through clear communication of vision and objectives, thorough planning, effective execution, and realization of desired benefits.
  • Track record of delivering excellent results in challenging and/or transformational environments.
