A high-performing Chief of Staff is required to drive strategic execution, innovation, and operational excellence in a fast-paced real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and meeting key business outcomes. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential for driving teams towards common goals and holding them accountable.
The successful candidate will have expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, and project management within a real estate context. Experience in driving change within real estate organizations, including technology adoption, process optimization, and cultural transformation, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Own and manage the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, from planning and market analysis to implementation and performance measurement.
- Operational Alignment: Ensure strategic initiatives are operationally feasible and scalable, working closely with internal teams to integrate initiatives seamlessly into existing workflow.
- Cross-Departmental Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to create comprehensive, actionable strategies that align with company's overarching goals and vision.
- Prioritization and Focus: Prioritize critical projects that drive long-term growth, aligning daily tasks and resources toward achieving high-impact goals.
- Leadership Development: Support CEO and leadership team in enhancing leadership effectiveness, including providing coaching, facilitating discussions, and encouraging high-performance cultures.
- Project Management: Directly manage critical projects, ensuring proper tracking and monitoring of key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, with preference for degrees in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from tier 1 institution.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key performance metrics.
- Skills: Expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, project management, and data analysis, as well as strong analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
