Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement quality control processes that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, develop and implement corrective actions, and measure their effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with manufacturing, engineering, and QC personnel to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
  • Skillset:
    • Regulatory compliance knowledge (FDA, ISO, etc.)
    • Leadership and team management skills
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
