Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer expectations regarding response times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A post-secondary degree is considered an asset.
- At least six months of customer service experience or equivalent is necessary.
- Must pass a background check.
