Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team in driving and assuring world-class quality within project execution.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Quality Manager to take on the role of implementing QA systems, partnering with project managers, and establishing project quality plans based on HQ standards.

The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge in Turnkey project business for Medium Voltage substations and be well-versed in core quality methods like FMEA, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why, and 8D methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement QA systems in projects according to the QM system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Partner with the project manager to drive quality initiatives and monitor progress.
  • Establish and maintain project quality plans, targets, objectives, and methods based on HQ standards.
  • Collaborate with product-related QM and other sub-functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Advise the project leader on project-specific adaptations to ensure compliance with HQ standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • At least 15 years of experience in quality management, with 5 years of profound knowledge in Turnkey project business for Medium Voltage substations.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Core quality methods like FMEA, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why, and 8D methodology.
  • Certification in QMIP is preferred but not required.
