Job Title: Mobile Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Mobile Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for defining the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery.

  • Provide regular status updates to the Test Lead/Manager
  • Collaborate with Testing Team, BA's, and Development Team
  • Manage testing effort for releases
  • Design and develop test scenarios/test cases
  • Track and report bugs, coordinate defects
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define testing scope within each release/delivery context
  2. Provide regular status updates to the Test Lead/Manager
  3. Collaborate with Testing Team, BA's, and Development Team
  4. Manage testing effort for releases
  5. Design and develop test scenarios/test cases
  6. Track and report bugs, coordinate defects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce domain with expertise in mobile and web testing
  • Good experience in API testing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC phases and methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
  • Proficient in writing/executing test plans/test cases in structured environments
  • Hands-on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing
  • Ability to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, create test plans
  • Working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects
  • Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics
  • Advantageous to have experience in mobile testing tools
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Effective managerial and testing techniques
