Order Management Professional

This role involves overseeing the entire order management process for customers, including managing orders placed by responsible sales account holders and providing exceptional customer service that enhances our position as a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Customer Relationship Development
- Managing customer relationships to secure new business opportunities and identify potential partnerships
- Developing strategies to maintain and expand existing customer base
Order Coordination
- Understanding customer application requirements and suggesting suitable products or solutions
- Coordinating orders with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products
Troubleshooting and Resolution
- Negotiating technical and commercial agreements with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Administrative Tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting data in the ERP system
- Performing ad-hoc activities or projects assigned by management to support the team's objectives
The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. They should also be highly structured, analytical, fact-oriented, autonomous, visionary, innovative, proactive, and self-motivated.
