Job Opportunity: Customer Service & Operations Assistant

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing business from Dehradun seeking a candidate based in Dehradun with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or executive assistant roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain the smooth execution of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.
  • Maintain Brand Calendar: Schedule sales, launches, and shoots while ensuring timely updates.
  • Coordinate with Freelancers: Collaborate with editors, photographers, and UGC creators to meet project requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and assist with website uploads.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Manage influencer relationships and follow-up on key projects.
  • Weekly Reporting: Share updates on customers, stock, and key performance indicators.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience: In customer service, operations, or executive assistant roles.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Abilities: Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Taking Ownership: Ability to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fashion, jewellery, or e-commerce is a plus.
