Product Design Role

At our organization, we're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you'll play a key role in crafting intuitive and user-friendly digital products.

  • Develop and implement design concepts that efficiently communicate ideas and concepts.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactions that align with business objectives.
  • Organize complex information in an easy-to-navigate manner for users.
  • Present design thinking and facilitate regular design reviews to capture feedback from stakeholders.
  • Apply human-centered design methods and W3C accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences.
  • Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop solutions enhancing the user experience.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to improve products by understanding technical and business aspects.
  • Manage design workload ensuring timely delivery of products in an Agile environment.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends and tools through continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work.
  • 5+ years designing digital products in the banking industry.
  • 5+ years end-to-end product design experience.
  • 3+ years working in large cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality banking products.
