AI Sales Development Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales development team as an AI Sales Development Intern.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and build target customer lists across industries, identify decision-makers, and collect verified contact information.
  • Outreach & Pipeline Building: Execute outreach campaigns via email, calls, and other channels, craft compelling first-touch messages that secure meetings, and maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity.
  • Sales Development: Shadow and support discovery calls with prospects, document customer pain points and map them to AI use cases, assist in preparing proposals, pilot plans, and follow-up emails.
  • GTM Collateral & Demos: Help create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies, support product demo sessions, and take structured meeting notes.
  • Market & Account Intelligence: Track competitors, industry news, and enterprise AI adoption trends, research key accounts to personalize outreach and positioning.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track weekly KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, and prepare reports for the sales and AI sales development team on progress and insights.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong Sales Orientation: Email marketing, outreach, cold calling.
  • Crisp Written & Verbal Communication: Ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content.
  • Entrepreneurial Bias to Action: Scrappy, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong Research & Analytical Skills: Bonus: Exposure to startups, consulting clubs, B2B SaaS, or AI.
