About the Role:

We are developing state-of-the-art automated driving systems for worldwide deployment.

This vision requires specific software functionalities developments to build in-house software modules and maximise components reusability and robustness in the future landscape of autonomous driving.

  • Undertake a variety of tasks and work in a multiple-disciplinary team to mentor junior SW engineers and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting.
  • Understand requirements and come up with high-level design and decompose them into detailed design.
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.
  • Create software detailed design and support its implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams.
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
  • Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving capabilities and ingenuity in thinking.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with at least 3+ years of experience in application design and development.
  • Worked in a complex automotive project owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation.
  • Experienced in design and development of software solutions in AUTOSAR.
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++.
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development process.
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms.
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack.
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
  • Good understanding of ISO26262.
