Key Responsibilities- Undertake various tasks and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to mentor junior software engineers and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting.
- Understand requirements and develop high-level designs, breaking them down into detailed designs.
- Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.
- Create detailed software designs and support their implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams.
- Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
- Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations.
- Communicate effectively with global teams within the organization.
- A total of 8+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in application design and development.
- Experience owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation in complex automotive projects.
- Design and development of software solutions in AUTOSAR.
- Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++.
- Knowledge of Agile SW development process.
- Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms.
- Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack.
- Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
- Good understanding of ISO26262.
