Senior Intelligent Systems Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligent Systems Developer to lead the design, development and deployment of next-generation intelligent agent solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Python, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks and AWS cloud infrastructure with the ability to build scalable multi-agent workflows and optimize autonomous systems for performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI or LangGraph.
  • Build pipelines and workflows for LLM-based agent orchestration.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, tools and services to enable autonomous agent behavior.
  • Deploy, manage and scale AI-driven solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, API Gateway etc.).
  • Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data Scientists and Product teams to build production-ready solutions.
  • Optimize agents for robustness, efficiency and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards in Python development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Python with clean, modular and asynchronous programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker).
  • Practical expertise in at least one Agentic AI framework: Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI or LangGraph.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience in multi-agent workflows and agent state management.
  • Exposure to FastAPI or Flask for AI service deployment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of Reinforcement Learning or agent-based simulation.
Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related fields.
