Job Title: Workday Solutions Expert

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering intricate solutions across client implementations, working closely with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements, and identifying scope gaps for timely resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and functional skills across key areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions, including thorough knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Configuration Build, as well as experience with Workday Project Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and define business and technical requirements for client needs in Absence or Time Tracking
  • Design the Workday solution to meet these needs
  • Conduct sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of the concerned Module
  • Configure Workday based on the provided Workbook
  • Perform self-reviews and smoke testing of delivered work and review peer's work
  • Application Testing - Assist clients with testing of the concerned Functional Module
  • Production Support - Includes supporting the Workday solution post-deployment
Required Skills:
  • Experience with Workday Project Lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules, specifically Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll
  • In-depth understanding of Workday object model and solution design approach
  • Ability to quickly absorb new technologies and features
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
